Driven by as much by their entrepreneurial spirit as by their dedication to sustainable agriculture in Vermont, brothers Matteo and Andy Kehler stepped in to offer a key to success for Vermont dairy farmers. The Caves at Jasper Hill provide the aging, marketing and distributing for cheese makers across the region. This welcome return to old-world techniques, paired with new-world responsibility, has created a product that is as satisfying to the palate as it is to the soul.
