Niman Ranch and its family farmers raise livestock traditionally, humanely and sustainably to deliver the finest tasting meat in the world. Bill Niman began raising cattle on his Northern California ranch more than 30 years ago. Today, Niman Ranch works cooperatively with more than 600 family farms and ranches to produce the highest quality beef, pork and lamb. Niman livestock is fed the finest, all-vegetarian ingredients and is never given antibiotics or added hormones. All of Niman Ranch's meats are produced in the U.S. by farmers and ranchers who follow strict husbandry protocols and treat the land as a sustainable resource.
